Meet our Student Support Faculty & Staff

Mrs. Lydia Montes-Rodriguez

Family Engagement Specialist

Mrs. Lilly is a proud native Texan and a former Tarrant County College student. With over 28 years of experience working with children of all ages, she has served both in Christian ministry and in education, including time as a Pre-K teacher. Her passion for supporting families led her to work as a Project Manager and in Family Engagement for a non-profit organization that continues to serve 22 school districts across Texas.
Mrs. Lilly is a devoted wife and mother of two, and she remains active in ministry at her local church. She deeply values time spent with her family and close friends. Today, she proudly serves the families and students of TCC South FWISD Collegiate High School as our Family Engagement Specialist, where she hopes to continue making a meaningful difference in the lives of those she encounters.

Mrs. Brittney Clarke

Administrative Associate

Mrs. Clarke started working at TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School as the Family Communication Specialist in 2018 and moved to an Administrative Associate role in 2019. She handles finance, fundraising questions, payroll, and secretarial work for the school.

During her free time she watches her husband’s & son's hockey games, and daughter's volleyball games. She has four kids: two children & two huskies.

Mr. Philip Ryan Collier

Postsecondary Success Specialist

Mr. Collier is a U.S. Army Veteran and was a Social Studies teacher with FWISD from 2016-2022. He earned the Academic Chair for Teaching Excellence in Humanities in 2022. Now serves as Post-Secondary Specialist for TCC South Collegiate HS.

He is available to help students answer the following questions:

1. Gold Seals Programs and Schools of Choice: P-TECH programming, Recruiting, and Summer Bridge
2. Collegiate testing: AP, PSAT, SAT, and TSI
3. IHE and industry partner concerns: TCC, Oncor, and City of Fort Worth

Mrs. Elicia Jarratt

Elicia Jarratt has been with Fort Worth ISD for 20+ years at various schools.

She enjoys spending time with her family and has been married to her wonderful husband for 38 years. They were high school sweethearts. They have two grown children: a son and a daughter. Both her children are married. She is a proud grandmother to a granddaughter and grandson. Her hobbies include gardening, crocheting, knitting, and other needlework.

She is available to help students answer the following questions:

2. Transcript requests
3. Verification of Enrollment

Mrs. Darla Robinson

Nurse Robinson

Nurse Darla Robinson served the students of Fort Worth Independent School district as a nurse, PE & Health Science teacher, and coach for 38 years. Her professional experience includes working at Baylor Hospital. She started working at TCC So/FWISD Collegiate High School as a school nurse in 2022.

Mrs. Robinson's husband is a history professor at Texas Christian University (TCU) and has two grown children. Mrs. Robinson and her son played on a basketball scholarship at TCU and wore #25!

1. Ensure students are completely immunized. See link for: Meningitis
2. Screen student vision, hearing, Acanthosis Nigricans, height, weight, and spine.
3. Administer medication with proper documentation. See link for Self-Administration
4. Provide care for injured and/or ill students.
5. Serve as a health education resource for students and staff. 

Mrs. Connie Lamb

SPED Inclusion Support

Connie Lamb graduated from Texas Wesleyan University in 1999 with a BA in English with a Secondary Education certification. She taught high school English for 15 years. She then got her Masters of Library Science in 2012. She was a librarian for Fort Worth ISD for 7 years. In 2020, she got her Special Education certification and became the inclusion teacher for both FWISD's early college high school campuses at Marine Creek and TCC South.
