Strategic Priorities
TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School's strategic priorities for 2022-2023 include:
- Striving to ensure equity in access and achievement for all students regardless of race, ethnicity, sex, gender, socioeconomic status or nation of origin;
- Striving to meet 100 percent college, career and military readiness for graduates;
- Striving to attain 50 percent of graduates earn an associate’s degree and/or an industry certification; and
- Striving to ensure that at least 80 percent of graduates are TSIA 2.0 met.
- Striving to improve on the social and emotional wellbeing of all students.

- Addresses front-line college obstacles for TCC South/FWISD students

- Oversees state testing, textbooks, master-scheduling and supervises students
- Millie Hsueh: TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School postsecondary success specialist
- Recruits students, coordinates programs of study, organizes TSIA 2.0 and collegiate testing, oversees the P-TECH program, collaborates with IHE and industry partners, and evaluates program effectiveness
- Carrie Kinzer: TCC South/FWISD Collegiate High School lead high school counselor for 9th and 12th grade
- Oversees student schedules in partnership with TCC, builds student schedules, oversees student academic plans, monitors student success, and advocates for students
